The Eligibility Criteria:
For Classes 7-8, there are three categories in which the scholarship is disbursed:
Category A: Students achieving 97.01% and above in CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / Other Boards or A* in ALL 9 subjects in CLSP/ CAIE Level can get 9% off on tuition fee.
Category B: Students achieving 95.01% to 97.0% in CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / Other Boards or A* in ALL 8 subjects at the CLSP/ CAIE Level can get 6% off on tuition fee.
Category C: Students achieving 93.01% to 95.0%in CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / Other Boards or A* in 7 subjects at the CLSP/ CAIE Level can get 3% off on tuition fee.
For Classes 9-10, there are four categories in which the scholarship is disbursed:
Category A: Students achieving 97.01% and above in CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / Other Boards or A* in ALL 9 subjects in CLSP/ CAIE Level can get 9% off on tuition fee.
Category B: Students achieving 95.01% to 97.0% in CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / Other Boards or A* in ALL 8 subjects at the CLSP/ CAIE Level can get 6% off on tuition fee.
Category C: Students achieving 93.01% to 95.0% in CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / Other Boards or A* in 7 subjects at the CLSP/ CAIE Level can get 3% off on tuition fee.
For grades 11-12, the scholarship is disbursed in 3 categories:
Category A: Students achieving 96.01% and above in CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / Other Boards or A* in 9 Subjects IGCSE / GCSE "0" Levels can get 9% off on tuition fee.
Category B: Students achieving 94.01% - 96.0% in CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / Other Boards or A* in 8 Subjects IGCSE / GCSE "0" Levels can get 6% off on tuition fee.
Category C: Students achieving 90.01% to 94.0% in CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / Other Boards or A* in 7 Subjects in IGCSE & Other Boards Students can get 3% off on tuition fee.
Along with the documents supporting the applicant’s candidature, they are required to submit their academic records of the previous two years and the Latest IT returns filed by both parents.
The GIIS Global FUTURE READY Merit Scholarship is offered for two academic years at the GIIS school in Ahmedabad. The continuation of scholarship into the second year is subject to the review of student performance. The student must achieve at least a score equivalent to the category based on which scholarship was granted to them. If only they meet the eligibility criteria in the second year, the amount will be disbursed into the registered bank account.
